Thank you for your purchase and support. Every order means a great deal, and each book is handled with care.
Please read the policy below to understand how refunds and returns are handled.
No Returns or Refunds
All book sales are final. Because each order is printed and fulfilled with care, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact hello@marypause.com within 7 days of receiving (or expected delivery date).
When contacting us, please include:
Your order number
A photo of the damage (if applicable)
Any relevant delivery details
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the book or helping you file a claim with the delivery carrier.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Digital Products (if applicable)
If you’ve purchased a digital product (such as a downloadable eBook), refunds are not available once the file has been delivered.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and packed with care to ensure your book arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, launches, or holidays.
Shipping Within Australia
All orders are shipped via Australia Post (or a similar tracked courier service).
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact hello@marypause.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (or a photo if the item was damaged). We’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship within Australia only.
